I've been here about 1 year. People seem happy with the schools and proximity to the city. People are unhappy about property taxes and interspersed areas of higher crime. My observation is the property taxes are far too high and traffic is ridiculous in the commuting hours. Though when you do have time off there are nice areas to visit good places to eat in garden city.
